We do not collect payment information, bank details, wallet private keys, or government identifiers through the Site. If we later engage escrow, investor-verification, or KYC providers, information you provide to those providers is governed by their privacy policies in addition to this one.

• To record and manage your expression of interest in an offering
• To contact you about the status of an offering you expressed interest in, and about the platform generally
• To verify eligibility (including accredited-investor status) before any investment is accepted
• To comply with legal obligations, including securities and anti-money-laundering laws
• To protect the security and integrity of the Site

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that host and operate the Site and its database
• Offering partners where needed to process an investment you pursue — escrow agents, investor-verification and KYC/AML providers, fund administrators, and transfer agents
• Professional advisors (attorneys, accountants, auditors) under confidentiality obligations
• Regulators or law enforcement where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights

5. Retention

We retain expressions of interest and related records for as long as needed for the purposes above. Records connected to actual securities transactions are retained as required by applicable securities regulations.

6. Security

Data submitted through the Site is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted through the Site by emailing us at the address below. We will honor deletion requests except where retention is required by law. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

8. Cookies and Analytics

The Site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. If analytics tools are added, they will be configured to avoid collecting more personal information than necessary, and this Policy will be updated.
