Properties are intended to be held within the fund’s blended portfolio. Fund-level performance will depend on the properties, tenants, expenses, financing and other terms of the fund.
The target is not a quoted cash distribution yield. Fees, distributions, minimum investment and holding terms will be set out in the final fund documents.
